Caretaking
Whether it be property inspections, rental inspection, handyman services, storm checks, or seasonal openings and closings, we do everything possible to ensure that your home is professionally tended to and watched after.
Maintenance
We believe that the longevity of your home relies on consistent upkeep. KPM performs and handles repairs and pest control issues, as well as any carpentry or painting needs that arise.
Security
You can rest assured that your home is in good hands; KPM offers 24 hour on-site security to provide you with the peace of mind you need, whether you are in town or away.
Seasonal
We specialize in those services that are most crucial to the exterior of your home, such as landscaping, gardening, lawn care, plowing, snow removal as well as seasonal mechanical services: annual HVAC and furnace services, septic pumping, chimney cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, changing smoke detector batteries, and more.
Concierge
Whether it be for a restaurant, performance, or ocean cruise, our staff can arrange reservations for memorable activities. We also have the ability to furnish transportation to and from the airport, as well as arrange marine services. This includes boat and dock rentals and private charters.
Additional
While KPM offers full home management, we also provide the basic services that can make your everyday routine a little easier, such as cleaning, dock maintenance, arborist services, and interior and exterior window cleaning. We also offer estate clean outs, moving, selling/buying assistance, and packing and unpacking for renovations.
Your home furnishing purchases can be stored, delivered, unpacked and placed in your home. We will handle all the recycling or disposing of the packaging. We can also provide full provisioning services such as stocking the bar, grocery shopping and flower arrangements.
